Is There Anybody Out There?

I’m not sure if anyone reads my blogs but the weight loss is not going as well as possible.

So to kill two birds with one stone I’m offering the following. Register yourself by emailing your name to accounts@starspreads.com before the end of September and if I’m not 250lb or less on Christmas Eve 2012 I’ll send you a tenner, but if you’re a Star Spreads Account holder and have had a bet in 2012 I’ll make it £50.

A bullseye for *ugger all what’s the catch? Well what are your chances of losing? Nothing nada zero etc. etc. it’s something for nothing. Can you win £10 or even £50 for nothing?

Well at the start of my weight loss programme earlier this year I was 19 stone 10lb (276lb) and am currently 19 stone 11lb (277lb), yes yes I know that’s why I need an added incentive. So I need to lose 27lb to avoid the payout.

While not slimmer of the year class this is nearly 2 stone in less than 5 months which I would consider an achievement and given my sweet and well yes savoury tooth is definitely not a shoo in. Well let’s see if I get any takers.

PS this is hardly an incentive but as evidence I’ll post a photo of me on the scales on Christmas Eve on the website (beware if it’s down to the wire I may have to go down to me grundies). Signing off now as it’s bucketing down here in Dublin and we’re watching the sun drenched Olympics in London. Ho hum.
