Skipper's Big Bets

Ok Christmas is over (not that I got to leave the office) and its time to get back in to the Prem fixtures.

A couple of matches interest me in tomorrow’s fixtures and I think we can find some decent bets.

Sunderland v Aston Villa:

When looking at football betting I always find it is better to look at the big picture rather than what has happened last week. There seems to be a massive over reaction to Sunderland beating Manchester City a few days ago. Like overnight they have transformed into some sort of world beaters (This is not the case). Sunderland have a goal difference of -4 and are hosting Tottenham who have a goal difference of +9. Even allowing for home field advantage I think Spurs should be about a 8/11 shot. I will be grabbing all of the 23/20 available with V.C, but don’t worry they are still a bet at the 11/10 that is available market wide.

Manchester United v West Brom:

I don’t usually back really short priced teams as they are usually about the right price or too short. The reds host West Brom tomorrow at 3 o’clock and I will be steaming into them at 1/3. Manchester United are averaging 2.67 points per home game this season and with West Brom slowly buy surely regressing to the standards of old I’ll be having as much as I am let get on.

Get stuck in and pay for some of them Christmas presents.

Skipper.
