Going long on distances at Newmarket

The Newmarket Cambridgeshire meeting gets underway this afternoon on fast ground and largely competitive racing.
I think their is some upside though in buying distances this afternoon at around 11.5 on Star Spreads.
Apart from the opener the field sizes are not great across the seven race card and we are looking for an average of 1.64 lengths.
Newmarket is a course where jockeys can ill-afford to ease down and need to be ridden out across the wide expanse of the course.
Whilst the opener has a big field there’s a chance we might see a future star amongst the well bred debutants which will hopefully see us off to a good start on the distance front.
