Stormy day at Brighton

Published On October 28, 2013 | By dominic | Star Spreads

Sky News sent their camera crews this morning to Brighton beach to report on the stormy conditions on the south coast and hopefully conditions will have calmed down a little at the Falmer Stadium for tonight’s Championship game against Watford (LIVE SKY 7.45pm).

Brighton may well have wished the fixture was postponed given their lengthy injury list.

Winger Kazenga LuaLua is the latest casualty after suffering a knee injury which requires surgery and will keep him out for up to eight weeks.

He joins Liam Bridcutt (hernia), Andrea Orlandi, Will Hoskins (both knee), Craig Mackail-Smith (Achilles), Kemy Agustien (hamstring) and Leonardo Ulloa (foot) in a crowded treatment room.

Watford have started the new season well and won this fixture last season 3-1.

HEAD TO HEAD RECORD
(Max last 10 only)
Dec 2012 Championship Brighton 1-3 Watford
Sep 2012 Championship Watford 0-1 Brighton
Apr 2012 Championship Brighton 2-2 Watford

Jan 2011 FA Cup Watford 0-1 Brighton
Feb 2006 Championship Brighton 0-1 Watford

Star Spreads makes it a very even match with a line of -0.1-0.1 on the Brighton/Watford supremacy and given Brighton’s injury woes I have to be a seller on that basis.

Watford will move into joint fourth if they can secure the win tonight.

ADVICE

SELL BRIGHTON/WATFORD at around -0.1
