I just wonder how many more leaders of the Premier League we’ll see before the end of the season. Talk about flip-flopping.
Man U were written off by many (including myself) after their wobbles at the start of the season but if they continue their current form then current outright prices could look very juicy indeed as they look to get back into the most compact of leaderboards.
Man U start the New Year on a run of six winning matches and face a Spurs side also in resurgent form under new manager Tim Sherwood – so we should be in for a cracker at Old Trafford (5.30pm, LIVE BT SPORT).

Man U have the bigger injury problems. They will assess the fitness of Wayne Rooney, who missed the win at Norwich with a groin problem and has yet to return to training.
The game may come too soon for Robin van Persie but Antonio Valencia returns after a one-game ban.
Spurs won this fixture 3-2 last season, claiming their first victory at Manchester United since 16 December 1989.
The sides are tied in the table on 34 points with Man U ahead on goal difference and for my first bet of 2014 with Star Spreads I’m buying the goals in a fixture that usually provides its fair share.
