S.P.Read Esq: QPR v Aston Villa

If this was a horse race you would argue that QPR left a ‘lot behind’ in that match and for that reason alone I am favouring Villa in what is quite an evenly priced match.

Villa have a good recent record against QPR and this is a massive match for them in terms of laddering up the table. A win would take them from 15th to 9th.

They started the season well but then had a tough run of fixtures against Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City and Everton.

Redknapp can take a lot of heart from his sides 3-2 defeat to Liverpool but on the balance of form this season I fancy Villa to sneak the away win.
