WHAT A MONTH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another great result for the column on Thursday with the sell of the first Everton goal coming up trumps.

I sold at 48 minutes and was rewarded with a profit of 210 points when the first goal from Leon Osman went in after just 27 minutes.

THE PROFIT ON THE COLUMN IN NOVEMBER HAS NOW SURGED TO OVER 600 POINTS !!!

Big weekend of sport with the FA Cup proper underway but it’s hard not to be drawn by the lure of the Premier League again and especially the lunchtime kick off at Anfield between Liverpool and Chelsea.

Chelsea inflicted a hammer blow to Liverpool’s title hopes with a 2-0 win in this fixture in April and since then Chelsea have got significantly better and Liverpool significantly worse in my opinion.

In fact, the more I see of Liverpool this season, the more I want to take them on – at every juncture and it’s no surprise to see that Star Sports fixed odds have priced up Chelsea as favourites.

Brendan Rodgers surprised everyone with his starting 11 for the Real Madrid game midweek at the Bernabeau but there maybe method in the apparent madness as I suspect Rodgers may have had this game as his top priority.

Frustratingly for Rodgers, Sturridge remains sidelined through his lengthy injury but captain Gerrard is expected to be back in action after being on the subs bench midweek.

For Chelsea, Diego Costa is expected to start again after his hamstring problems.

It’s hard to see how there won’t be goals here. Liverpool have kept just two clean sheets in their last 16 league games.

I’m selling the time of the first Chelsea goal at around 48 minutes with Star Spreads.
