It’s time to close November’s account – sadly !!!! It turned out to be my best ever month with a profit on the month of 1,054 points. Hope you followed me in on Star Spreads but the account is now reset to zero for December !!!

The two L’s do battle in the Premier League live game tonight but whether it will be one ‘L’ of a battle is debatable. It was 0-0 when these two sides last met in March.

Leicester are now propping up the table and Liverpool in the bottom half of the table, only just admittedly but who on earth could have predicted that after the season they had last year?

The Suarez and Sturridge factor has been done to death but it really does appear to have turned them into a different side, and for all their own weaknesses (one win from their last seven home games), Leicester may well be up for getting at least a point out of this one.

Leicester do seem to turn it on against the bigger teams. They held Arsenal 1-1 in August before sensationally beating Man U 5-3 in what might yet turn out to be one of the games of the season.

Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard has been in the news this week on whether or not he will continue for Liverpool having only been offered a one year contract. Manager Brendan Rodgers was quick to scotch rumours of a rift between himself and Gerrard but spent quite a bit of the interview talking about Gerrard in the past tense, so make of that what you will !!!

Gerrard is however expected to start in the 7.45pm kick off.

TEAMS

Leicester (from): Schmeichel, Hamer, Morgan, Moore, De Laet, Konchesky, Wasilewski, Drinkwater, James, King, Cambiasso, Albrighton, Mahrez, Knockaert, Vardy, Ulloa, Nugent, Schlupp, Wood, Powell.

Liverpool (from): Mignolet, Johnson, Skrtel, Sakho, Enrique, Lucas, Henderson, Allen, Gerrard, Sterling, Lambert, Jones, Manquillo, Lovren, Moreno, Can, Coutinho, Lallana, Markovic, Borini.

Liverpool only scraped a win against Stoke on Saturday and they are again without Balotelli because of a hamstring strain.

It’s a tough on to find an angle in – especially as I am determined to start the new month with a profit on Star Spreads. I can’t have Liverpool at all so am going to buy Leicester’s WIN INDEX at 9.5 which basically gives me the draw for a small profit and a Leicester win for a big profit..
