Our daily columnist and pundit S.P. Read Esq. looks ahead to the Conference Play-Off game tonight between EASTLEIGH v GRIMSBY and finds the best opportunities available on Star Spreads, the home of sports spread betting.

SPreadWe’ve rapidly arrived at the play-off stage of the season and BT Sport are covering Eastleigh v Grimsby tonight (7.45pm) in their first leg Conference Play-Off semi-final.

Grimsby beat Eastleigh in both their matches during the regular season and the Mariners have an excellent away record – now unbeaten in their last seven games.

Grimsby also appear in better shape fitness wise. Eastleigh’s striker James Constable has not trained this week and is doubtful whilst there is still a question mark over captain Dean Beckwith after his recent injury.

Eastleigh boss Richard Hill acknowledges his side are the underdogs. He said: “I’ve told my players to enjoy it, we are the underdogs, we’ve got nothing to lose. We can’t win the tie tonight but we can definitely lose it. We need to go into Sunday’s game giving ourselves a chance of beating Grimsby and going through. They have already beaten us twice. There is no pressure on us as we were not expected to be in the play-offs.”
