I just feel Norway’s form might be stronger. They easily defeated Thailand and Ivory Coast and secured a 1-1 draw with world number ones Germany to finish second in Group B.
England finished second in Group F after victories over Mexico and Colombia but lost against France. Head coach Mark Sampson said: “This tournament is in our hands. Now the big challenge is – can we make history? We want to progress in this tournament, we’re ambitious and we’re building momentum, but there are tough challenges ahead.”
The winners will face hosts Canada in the quarter finals and I’ve a feeling that Norway may just edge it tonight in Ottawa and am selling the England / Norway supremacy at 0 with Star Spreads.
