I’m heading to White Hart Lane tonight for Spurs’ Europa League clash against Anderlecht but I fear there will be more fireworks off the pitch than on it – even in the rain !!!
The first three head to head’s between these two ended 1-1 and Anderlecht beat Spurs 2-1 in the reverse fixture last month, Spurs led that game after just four minutes.
An added complication is that the North London derby against Arsenal is on the horizon on Sunday so the tactics of Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino will be of added interest especially with Spurs bidding to extend an unbeaten sequence of 10 in the Premier League.

Winger Andros Townsend has been dropped from the squad after a row but Son Heung-min is back in contention and on the bench after six weeks out with a foot problem.
