S.P. Read Esq: Everton v Man U
Our daily columnist and pundit S.P. Read Esq. looks ahead to Sunday’s Premier League clash between EVERTON v MAN U and finds the best opportunities available on Star Spreads, the home of sports spread betting.
Everton welcome Man U to Goodison for the live game at 4pm.
Both sides are underperforming but in particular Everton who have won just one of their last nine matches (home win against West Ham) eroding their fantastic start to the season which saw them win five out of their first six games.
Everton’s manager Ronald Koeman said: “If somebody had said to me at the beginning of the season that Everton at the beginning of December will be seventh and if they beat Manchester United we will go sixth, I would be happy.
“Of course, I realise we need a win, I realise some away performances have not been good. But we’re still unbeaten at home and that’s also positive.
“You need to be realistic and, of course, it’s a difficult time because one [win] out of eight is a long time and we have not been winning enough.”
Man U are a punters nightmare and very hard to predict but have at least started scoring goals again with nine from their last three in the Premier League, Europa League and EFL Cup.
Wayne Rooney is suspended for Man U but Paul Pogba and Marouane Fellaini are back after bans.
