Our daily columnist and pundit S.P. Read Esq. looks ahead to Thursday’s EFL Cup clash between HULL CITY v MAN U and finds the best opportunities available on Star Spreads, the home of sports spread betting.

SPreadA place against Southampton in the final at Wembley awaits the winner of tonight’s second semi-final second leg between Hull and Man U and with a 2-0 advantage from the first leg – it’s long odds-on that it will be Man U.

These two meet in the Premier League next Wednesday at Old Trafford and before that Man U take on Wigan in the FA Cup on Saturday so it’s a busy few days for Mourinho’s men.

Hull have a mountain to climb in their next three League games – as well as Man U they have dates with Liverpool and Arsenal. They will also be without midfielder Ryan Mason who suffered a fractured skull at Chelsea.

Tigers head coach Marco Silva said Mason’s injury has put a season in why the club are battling against relegation into perspective.

The Portuguese said: “At this moment we need to forget everything. The most important is the player and his family – the other things are not important.

“It is important to support the player and his family. Of course it’s not an easy moment for us, the team.”

New signings Lazar Markovic and Omar Elabdellaoui could make their debuts for the hosts.

Man U have won 12 and lost none of their last 13 matches against Hull in all competitions which is some stat and it’s hard to see that pattern being reversed.

Great return from the buy of the first match goal last night and I’m sticking with the same trade tonight. Hopefully, like the first leg, it will still be 0-0 at half-time.
