Great to get the Roma win up last night and it was much easier than I could have hoped for in the end. A nice result from the sell of the Chelsea win index on Star Spreads.

More Champions League action tonight with Liverpool, Man City and Spurs all in action.

Pick of the games looks to be Spurs v Real Madrid at Wembley. Mauricio Pochettino’s men held the mighty Real Madrid to a 1-1 draw at the Bernabeu last month and the sides can’t be split at the top of Group H with both having seven points from three games and a goal difference of +5.

Pochettino received a boost with the news that Harry Kane is fit to start after he missed the 1-0 defeat against Man U at the weekend with a hamstring injury. His participation is obviously a massive positive for the hosts, especially as Real will be without Gareth Bale who has failed to recover from his calf injury and will miss the match together with first-choice keeper Keylor Navas and centre-back Raphael Varane who remain injured.

Real are also coming into this rattled which might not be the best news for Spurs. They were beaten 2-1 by minnows Girona in La Liga on Sunday destroying countless accas (including mine) in the process.

That defeat leaves them eight points adrift of Barcelona and manager Zinedine Zidane said: “Perhaps some people might think that after a defeat we are down in the dumps but that’s not the case.”

“We all know how football works, sometimes you are going to lose matches and it’s obviously frustrating.

“After a defeat people aren’t happy but in some ways I like this. I like that we have a big game coming up. I feel I work my best in these situations.”

This game is an interesting punting proposition but with the team news favouring Spurs and Real on a rare average run of form it might be the time to support Spurs for the three points.

The win index bets have been going well so I will stick with them for a sell of the REAL MADRID WIN INDIEX at 12.5 with Star Spreads.
