It might just be me but I find Liverpool one of the hardest sides in the Premier League to predict and they arrive here on the back of a defeat by bottom of the table Swansea in the league and being knocked out of the FA Cup by West Brom – two games that they were long odds on to win.
After a promising start to life in the top flight Huddersfield have found the going tough and have DRAWN three and LOST three since their last league win against Watford in December.
Huddersfield’s head coach David Wagner said: “Liverpool have lost two games in a row. They look vulnerable at the minute.
“Does it mean we will be successful? No. Does it mean we have a chance? Absolutely.
“We have in every game, especially here at the John Smith’s Stadium, and if there’s a chance we will be there to grab it with both hands.”
Whilst Huddersfield are getting sucked towards the relegation zone – plenty of teams are – Everton are in ninth place but only eight points off being bottom in a very compact Premier League!

Liverpool won the reverse fixture 3-0 at Anfield and should win here but I’m not sure we’ll see too many goals. In what could turn out to be a scrappy match, I’m tempted by a buy of bookings at 34 with Star Spreads.
Whilst tonight’s referee is low on the card count (25 average this season) both sides have plenty to play for tonight. Huddersfield desperate for points at home and Liverpool aiming to avoid a third loss on the spin.
