Small field sizes prompt Musselburgh buy

Just the six races on the Musselburgh card this afternoon but I’m tempted by having a buy on the distances with Star Spreads at around 32.

There are only 47 runners on the card in total and the 1.30, in particular, could easily produce a wide margin winner.

From the four runners in the race two are facing hurdles for the first time.

We’ll also be looking towards the three mile handicap chase at 3.00 to produce a wide margin winner.
