Graham's FA Cup Review
Manchester City v Chelsea
City were sniffing for revenge in this one and our clients were of the firm belief they would get it as we saw plenty of Buyers of Pellegrini’s men at 0.4 on the Supremacy market. We knew our fate fairly early as Jovetic gave them a first half lead and Chelsea rarely threatened. 1-0 to the punters.
Everton v Swansea
Sunday saw two cracking ties and first up was Swansea’s trip to Merseyside with Garry Monk looking to continue his decent start as Manager. Not long after we opened the phones were ringing with the home team all the rage on the Supremacy market and we suffered some more as the Toffees ran out comfortable 3-1 winners. To compound the damage we laid some big sized buys of the Total Goals at 2.8 also.
Arsenal v Liverpool
Another revenge mission completed with The Gunners avenging their 5-1 mauling at Anfield and we were pleased as we were well and truly in the Gunners camp having seen support for Liverpool most of the day. ‘Penalty’? We didn’t see it either Howard!
Now let battle commence this week as the Champions League makes it’s return with some mouth-watering clashes…Bring It On!
