Our daily columnist and pundit S.P.Read Esq. previews the evening meeting at WINDSOR and the best opportunity available on Star Spreads, the home of sports spread betting.
The remnants of Hurricane Bertha have caused plenty of changes in the going even though the weather forecast was not quite as Domesday as predicted.
The weather people have played on the safe side ever since Michael Fish assured us all a hurricane wasn’t on its way in 1987.
Relatively small fields by the Thames tonight for Windsor’s traditional Monday evening fixture.
Two of the six races are maidens and hopes are quite high in those of decent winning margins.
In the 6.40 Newton’s Law should finally lose his maiden tag and put his experience to good use.
Elsewhere on the card with the softer underfoot conditions should hopefully lead to exaggerated distances.
As such I am a buyer on Star Spreads at around 10 with little downside IMO.
