S.P. Read Esq: Huddersfield v Wigan

Published On November 28, 2016 | By S.P.Read Esq. | S.P.Read Esq

Our daily columnist and pundit S.P. Read Esq. looks ahead to Monday’s Championship clash between HUDDERSFIELD v WIGAN and finds the best opportunities available on Star Spreads, the home of sports spread betting.

SPreadHuddersfield v Wigan is tonight’s Monday Night Football on SKY bringing together two teams in vastly different form at the John Smith’s Stadium.

Huddersfield are pushing towards the top and a win tonight will see them move into fourth place. However, they have gone off the boil with just one win from their last six league games during a spell which saw them thumped 5-0 by Fulham.

In contrast, Wigan only have the hapless Rotherham behind them after a terrible start to the season which saw them win just one game from their opening nine matches.

Huddersfield have a terrific record over Wigan and are unbeaten in all 12 of their previous home league games (W6 D6) and Wigan have never even scored a goal at the John Smith’s Stadium.

The Latics will be without captain Craig Morgan who is suspended after five yellow cards.
