Our daily columnist and pundit S.P. Read Esq. looks ahead to Sunday’s Premier League game between CHELSEA v MAN U and finds the best opportunities available on Star Spreads, the home of sports spread betting.

Liverpool are not a side I get right often but fair play to them on Saturday beating West Ham 4-1 to comfortably land the recommended trade on the time of their first match goal. I sold at 42 and it arrived on just 21 minutes !!

And now eyes down for the main event, or rather main events. Super Sunday really does live up to the hype this Sunday with three televised Premier League games:

12pm Spurs v Crystal Palace

2.15pm Man City v Arsenal

4.3pm Chelsea v Man U

I’m sticking with the final match for a bet but am fairly sure the first two games will go the way of the home sides as the betting says.

Chelsea v Man U with added Mourinho spice looks entirely harder to predict.

If Man City do beat Arsenal in the earlier kick off they will open up an eight point lead on their neighbours. So surely anything other than three points is not really going to cut it if United want to maintain their own title aspirations? Mourinho’s modus operandi is to happily accept a point against the bigger clubs away from home but will it be sufficient today?

The problem Man U seem to have at Stamford Bridge is the minor detail of scoring.  Just two goals from their last five visits and Chelsea have lost only one of their last 15 Premier League home games against Man U (W9, D5).

Mourinho said of his former club: “I have to admit it’s a little bit different but in the end I want to win like I did with Inter. They want to win like they did last season and it’s just one more day.

“In a couple of years it will be even more natural, and in four or five years probably no one will remember that I was Chelsea manager and it becomes absolutely normal.

“It isn’t a big thing. One day you are in one club, the next day you’re in another club.”

Chelsea are expected to welcome back midfielder N’Golo Kanye after his hamstring injury and captain Gary Cahill should start after missing the win at Bournemouth.
