Come Cheltenham Festival time Star Spreads holds countless preview evening across all corners of Ireland, and at these events we give the panellists the opportunity to have a bet of their choice on the festival, with the winning proceeds going to the charities of their choosing. Over the last few years Star Spreads has given the chunky winnings of these selections to several Irish charities.

The staff at Star Spreads also love to run the occasional Half Marathon to raise money for their favoured charities. Operations Manager Charlie Tarr is pictured above, running the Brighton Half Marathon in February 2011. He was raising money for the “Casa Hogar” orphanage in Peru.

Malcolm Pernet, Star Spreads’ Accounts Manager recently ran the Dorking Half Marathon, where he was raising money for Princess Alice Hospice and Brain Research UK.
