Champions League Semi Finals 1st legs start today and here are my predictions for all 4 legs

Semi-Finals 1st and 2nd Legs

Bayern Munich 1 Barcelona 0

Barcelona 2 Bayern Munich 1

Bayern through on away goals.

The price is collapsing on Bayern tonight in the first leg and now there’s only 1 firm still laying them at 6/5. I know all the boys in the office are on them to win the whole thing for chunks so I’ve had a tickle at the 6/5 in tonight’s leg so I can join in the p.a. cheers if the Germans do the business.

Dortmund 1 Real Madrid 1

Real Madrid 2 Dortmund 0

Real Madrid through.

Real v Bayern would be a great final with Bayern given the chance to make good for last year’s final defeat against Chelsea and Mourinho trying to further his amazing Champion’s league record with yet another club.

Final Prediction

Bayern Munich 2 Real Madrid 2

3-3 after extra time and Real win 4-3 on penalties a real gung-ho fingernail biting treat.

We’ll see how my predictions go.

A great sporting Tuesday all round today with Bangalore scoring a record 263 in an IPL 20/20 match against Pune with Gayle scoring a record 175 off 66 balls an amazing 2.65 runs a ball faced.

Today is also the day to reflect on how easily Man Utd won this year’s Premier League with 4 games left to play. The bookies predict more of the same next year with Man Utd the 6/4 fav with City just a shade behind at 7/4 and Chelsea at 9/2. I can’t see North London troubling the judge with Spurs so dependent on Bale and Arsenal with deep pockets and short arms. The same goes for Merseyside where Liverpool will probably be missing Suarez for a quite a few games with his disciplinary record and Everton are just not in the big-time yet. Maybe a fun bet on Cardiff each way at 5000/1 and hope their cheque book sees a lot of action this summer.

Anyhoo, cheerio for now!
