Long at Leopardstown
Well that couldn’t have gone much worse last night 🙁
So much for the low number of goals. Certainly wasn’t expecting five goals and the writing was sadly already on the cards at half time.
Last time I blow that damn Star Spreads trumpet. Promise.
Leopardstown stage a good card this evening getting underway at 5.20.
I’m having a dabble on the distances and am looking at buying.
With the spreads set at around an average of 1.71 lengths per race I feel we might get a few bigger distances on the card.
For once, handicap races are in the minority 3 v 4 and in the maidens many can be discounted readily.
As always we could do with getting off to a flyer and Three D Alexander will be very short for the opener after her debut run at the Curragh has worked out exceptionally well.
We’ll also see an odds on favourite in Darwin in the big race of the night – the Desmond Stakes at 7.25.
I’ll go long – and hopefully nicely over the 12 length threshold.
