Spurs are expected to welcome back forward Heung-Min Son after an absence of two months with a foot injury. Andros Townsend could also return but Nabil Bentaleb and Nacer Chadli are both out.
West Ham are hopeful that Diafra Sakho and Alex Song could be fit again whilst Michail Antonio could well make his first start for the club.
