Chelsea v Norwich (4pm, SKY)

It was never going to be easy for Man City at Everton yesterday, but they got the vital three points they needed to go back to the top of the table – level on points with Liverpool but with a crucial nine goal better goal difference.

No surprises then to see Man City go deep odds-on to win the title now with the destination of the title in their hands.

Chelsea and Liverpool will need to continue to win just in case there is a slip up from City in their last two games but the reality for Chelsea is that they could win their final two games and STILL finish third.

On paper, today’s match against Norwich (4pm, SKY) should be an easy three points. But Norwich need the points even more than Chelsea and nothing less than three points to keep alive their very slim hopes of avoiding the drop.

They can’t be relegated today but anything other than a win effectively means they are condemned. Talk about tough run-in. In the last couple of weeks Nowrich have faced Liverpool, Man U and now Chelsea.

Their abject form away from home, losing lost eight consecutive league games, hardly gives supporters much hope and Chelsea are unbeaten in their last seven Premier League clashes with Norwich, winning six and drawing one.
