Back to Cheltenham for day three and I’m afraid another loss on the distances market yesterday.
The distance market on Star Spreads was settled at 16.55 which was someway short of the 24 target.
The spread today is 16.5 – 19.5 but importantly it’s across the six races (the concluding charity race at 5.15 is not included).
I am afraid I am still a buyer – a case of twice bitten and still not shy 
The market is an aggregate of the winning distances on the card over the six races and again I am a buyer today. Therefore I am looking at an average of 19.5/6 = 3.25 lengths to collect.
