Baseball Teams to Get With and Against

My last betting blog had some general rules for making money off baseball betting. Here are some more specific bets. In particular, here are 3 teams to keep onside and 3 teams to take on.

3 Teams to Keep Onside

1. The New York Yankees. Yes, it’s true. For once, the pinstripes are a team to keep onside. Their injuries aren’t as bad as they look and they’ll always be there or thereabouts.

2. Oakland As. We’re ten years on from Moneyball but the pricniples still hold. They look a live runner in the AL West.

3. Colorado Rockies. Under the radar in the mega-bucks NL West and, as such, offer great value.

3 Teams to get Against

1. Toronto Blue Jays. Heavily hyped after spending big in the off-season. Far too short for me in a stacked division.

2. LA Dodgers. Monster payroll and an average roster: you do the math.

3. Houston Astros. Yes they really are as bad as they look. Stay away.
