United, now managed by Nigel Clough are currently fighting to get into the promotion places in League One but it would be dangerous to assume they will fear much from their Premier League rivals.

Spurs are in the midst of a busy period and head coach Mauricio Pochettino is not under-estimating the opposition: “We know that Sheffield United ares a very good team. When we watched their game against Southampton and against QPR, they deserved to go through to the next round… they were the more aggressive and physical team. We need to be focused on our game and play with intensity, high level and high tempo”.
