NFL Week 13 Review

Three bets for me last week. Here’s how I got on.

IND + 21

IND 24 NE 31

WIN

Look at these two QB lines and tell me which one you think belongs to mega-bucks pretty boy Tom Brady and which belongs to Dan “Safety” Orlovsky who leads an all-time terrible offence: 30-37 for 353, 29-38 for 289. That’s right, Orlovsky outdueled Brady and the Colts kept this within a TD for the easy cover.

NYG + 7

NYG 35 GB 38

WIN

Aaron Rodgers wasn’t his usual flawless self (28-46) but he and his Packers had enough in the tank against the resilient Giants. With Detroit and Chicago and Atlanta losing, the wild card remains within NY’s grasp. Oh and they kept this to within 3 for the cover.

NYJ – 3

NYJ 34 WAS 19

WIN

As predicted this Jets squad was too strong for the Skins and covered easily as 3pt road favs. Sanchez et al didn’t look great but had enough in hand for a nice little three-and-oh week for The Natural.

Week Result: 3-0
